Kitchen Cleaning Questions, Answered

Find helpful answers about our dishwashing products, how to use them and choosing the right essentials for your kitchen cleaning routine.

How do I use Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs®?

Simply place one Dishwash Naked Wonder Tab® in your dishwasher’s detergent compartment and run your chosen cycle as normal. There’s nothing to unwrap because the tabs are completely naked, with no PVA film or plastic wrapper.

Do I need to use dishwasher salt or rinse aid with Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs®?

Our Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs® have built-in salt and rinse aid as part of their concentrated formula. Your dishwasher may still require additional salt depending on your machine and the hardness of the water in your area, so it’s always worth following your dishwasher manufacturer’s guidance.

Do Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs® work on eco cycles?

Yes. Our Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs® are designed to work effectively on low-temperature and eco cycles, helping you get clean dishes without needing to rely on hotter, more energy-intensive programmes.

Will Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs® work in my dishwasher?

Yes. Dishwash Naked Wonder Tabs® are suitable for standard household dishwashers. Simply place one tab in the detergent compartment and use your dishwasher as normal.

How do I use the Dishwashing Soap Bar?

Wet your cloth, sponge or dish brush and rub it over the Dishwashing Soap Bar until you have picked up a small amount of soap, then wash your dishes as normal. The bar is highly concentrated, so you only need a little at a time. Allow it to dry between uses to help it last longer.

Why doesn't the Dishwashing Soap Bar create lots of bubbles?

Lots of foam isn’t necessary for effective cleaning. Our concentrated Dishwashing Soap Bar produces less lather than conventional washing-up liquid but is still designed to cut through everyday grease and grime. Using only a small amount will also help your bar last longer.

How do I use Citric Acid in the kitchen?

Citric Acid is particularly useful for tackling limescale around the kitchen. Dissolve one or two tablespoons in one litre of cold water to create a descaling solution for items such as kettles, coffee machines, cups and taps, then rinse thoroughly with clean water afterwards.

Can I replace the head on the Wooden Dish Brush?

Yes. The Wooden Dish Brush has a replaceable head, so when the bristles have reached the end of their useful life you can replace the head rather than throwing away the entire brush. It’s a simple way to extend the life of your kitchen cleaning tools.
